Publiweb is an application developed by Bruno Borges that works as a module of a website with an online store. Publiweb automatically promotes the store's discounts and promotions through advertising on TikTok.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected, why it is collected, with whom it is shared, and what your rights are, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD) and other applicable laws.
When a promotion or discount is created in the online store, Publiweb automatically generates an advertisement.
The ad is sent to the store's TikTok for Business advertising account and displayed on TikTok.
The website uses TikTok measurement tools, such as the TikTok Pixel and the Events API, to measure which ads generate visits and sales.
Registration and purchase data: name, email, phone number, shipping address and order history, provided by you in the store.
Browsing data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, products viewed and items added to cart, collected automatically through cookies and the TikTok Pixel.
Campaign data: ad clicked, TikTok click identifier (ttclid), date and time, generated when you reach the store through an ad.
Conversion data: purchase events, order value, and email and phone number in encrypted (hashed) form, sent to TikTok to measure ad results.
TikTok account integration data: advertiser account ID and access tokens authorized by the store owner, used only to create and manage the store's ads.
Publiweb does not collect payment data such as credit card numbers. This data is handled directly by the payment provider.
Processing orders and deliveries – performance of a contract (LGPD, art. 7, V).
Creating and publishing automatic promotion ads on TikTok – legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
Measuring conversions and optimizing campaigns with the TikTok Pixel and Events API – consent (art. 7, I), given through the cookie banner.
Building custom or lookalike audiences – consent (art. 7, I).
Complying with legal and tax obligations – legal obligation (art. 7, II).
Fraud prevention and security – legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
TikTok (ByteDance / TikTok Pte. Ltd. and affiliates): receives browsing and conversion data to display, measure and optimize ads. TikTok also processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy
Hosting, e-commerce platform and payment providers: receive only the data needed to operate the service.
Public authorities: when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
TikTok and some service providers may process data outside Brazil (for example, in Singapore, the United States or Malaysia). These transfers follow article 33 of the LGPD, with contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards.
On your first visit to the website you can accept, reject or customize marketing cookies. If you reject them, the TikTok Pixel is not activated and you can still shop normally. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie preferences on the website. You can also manage how TikTok shows you ads in the privacy and ad settings of the TikTok app.
Purchase data: for the period required by tax and consumer protection laws (generally 5 years).
Browsing and campaign data: up to 180 days, or until you withdraw your consent.
TikTok integration tokens: until the store owner disconnects the TikTok account from Publiweb.
After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.
Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may request:
confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
anonymization, blocking or deletion of data;
data portability;
information about the third parties with whom your data is shared;
withdrawal of consent, including for the TikTok Pixel and TikTok advertising;
objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Requests are answered within 15 days. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including HTTPS connections, encryption (hashing) of data sent to TikTok, access control and access restricted to authorized personnel.
The store and its ads are not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top indicates the current version. Significant changes will be announced on the website.
